Grills
Please be sure that you are still following the guidelines for your charcoal and gas grills now that the winter months are among us. You must grill 10 feet away from anything that is combustible including your apartment building, pine straw, bushes, trees etc. You may NOT use it on your screened in porch. Also, be sure that you empty all combustible materials out of your grill such as ash, charcoal, lava rock, paper etc. before storing it on your porch.
Thank you for your attention to this. It is the law and the Fire Marshal can fine you.

Renter's Insurance
Renter's Insurance is a great thing to have. It is fairly inexpensive and can be a great benefit to you if you experience any loss or damage to your personnal belongings. You can generally get renter's insurance through the company your car is insurred with. There are numerous companies that can assist you with getting renter's insurance. The Groves, as well as all other Drucker and Falk properties require renter insurance. You never know when a natural disaster will occurr or what your neighbor is doing in the same building. The office has information on hand so let us know if we can be of help during your search for the renters coverage.
